any caffeine is no good so is sugar.
definately black coffee... however, is it going to kill you?
Not much different.
black coffee!
yes. coffee contains antioxidants and soda doesn't.
Coffee and diet coke come in decafenated. I only drink diet coke with zero caffeine. So it doesn't matter.
diet coke has aspartane. aspartane can give you brain cancer
yes, with a little Kahlua...
Black coffee used in moderation is way better. Diet coke is made up with chemicals in it so it is not as good for you. Coffee is natural diet coke is arterficial in flavor and sweetners.
Not sure but i would rather have an iced coffe than a diet coke.
Absolutely, coffee, hands down. Coffee has antioxidants and is good for you, esp. if filtered like brewed coffee.Diet soda or diet anything that has NutraSweet in it is poison. NutraSweet eats holes out of your brain and a huge list of other serious conditions. It causes seizures in some people. Look it up on the net. You'll be surprised how harmful it really is.
neither one is "good" for you, but depending on how you make it, coffee probably has less sugar.
Coffee. It was posted on msn news that coffee recently was found to have antioxidants and to help with diabetes and may help prevent cancer.
i dont know which one is better, but i do know that i rather have black cofffee
Black coffee is actually exhibits noticeable health benefits if you drink it in moderation (one or less cups per day). There is caffeine that many will discourage you from drinking because it is a drug and does effect the body, but most of the problems associated with caffeine are caused by overuse (people who drink a pot of coffee by themselves). Just drink in moderation.
Diet sodas are in almost no way beneficial. It is not better for you than regular soda, it is just not necessarily as bad. Sure there is no sugar, but diet soda is still strongly acidic. Granted, coffee is well known for its acidity (the reason it tastes slightly bitter, especially the cheaper brands), but there is a difference in the type of acidity. Coffee provides a natural acid (as coffee is more or less fruit juice) whereas sodas are mostly chemicals. I'm not usually the type of person to say that you should go all natural, herbal and organic, but I don't deny that natural acids are better than synthetic acids.
Black coffe is, particularly if you brew the organic kind.
Diet Coke is essentially poisonous to your body.
First of all (as with any carbonated beverage) it includes CO2. Think of it this way - your body exhales this stuff to get rid of the "bad air", yet we drink it directly back into our system.
Secondly, it includes a man made sweetener. These sweeteners are also poisionous to your body, some even cause cancer. On top of that, these sweeteners act essentially like a drug to keep you wanting more Diet Coke.
The healthiest sodas that don't venture into the organic feild are ones made with cane sugar. These are hard to find, but taste great.
Avoid high-fructose corn syrup at all costs.
Of course, green tea is far healthier than either of the options that you asked about.
Black coffee doesn't have all the chemicals that diet coke does. If your wanting a caffeine source for dieting then go green tea, it's really good for you and more affective than coffee.
Anything's better then diet coke.
It doesn't matter coffee may have some antixodants in it but the caffiene kills that. I prefer cola but a cup of coffee is cheaper than a cola unless you get your coffee at a restaurant then it's the otherway around!
Black coffee, just cuz anything black is always better
yes...far less chemicals
black coffee is better than diet coke, but it does contain a lot more caffeine, so don't drink too much of it either.
On a side note, there is Coca-Cola Blak - Coke and Coffee fusion beverage - it has half the calories of regular Coke - hence a mid-calorie cola coffee beverage.
