How do I make dairy and nondairy smoothies with my blender?!

Question:

How do I make dairy and nondairy smoothies with my blender?

Answers:
The biggest key to good smoothies is using fresh fruit. I like strawberries and bananas, but you can pick any combination of fruits depending on what you like.
Fresh fruits aren't as naturally sweet as syrups or mixes, so you'll probably have to add some sugar, equal, splenda, which ever you choose. You don't need a ton of milk - it really depends on what kind of consistency you like. Some people add things like protein packets, etc - I usually stick with fresh fruit, milk & sugar.
If you're looking for something nondairy, Silk has a vanilla flavored soy milk that you can use instead of regular milk. It might add a touch of flavor to the smoothie that way.
Smoothies are nice because there's no wrong way to make one!
