If I freeze milk in ice cube trays to use in my coffee in emergancies?!

Question:

If I freeze milk in ice cube trays to use in my coffee in emergancies?

Will it cool down my coffee to much?

Am I best to freeze whole cups of coffee to defrost.

I have a patent pending on the idea so don't even think about copying me.

Answers:
i've done it.( the frozen milk cubes ) though i'm sorry to say it doesn't really work though. The coffee turns a funny colour and tastes different ( though not too bad )
in an emergency it's just about ok, but you are always better letting the milk thaw out first.
i don't know why this is getting so many answers as wierd, it seemed quite logical to me.

YOU NEED A HOBBY!

Now THAT's a good idea!! The milk thing that is.
Freezing whole cups of coffee is mad. You'll get locked up.

hmmmm just drinking coffe now which i used an ice cube for! ha! sue me!

coffee mate is for emergencies

the time it takes to defrost a cup of coffee, the kettle will have boiled and you'd have made a fresh cup!!!!!!!!!

you're nuts!

It don't work well..
too many powdered creamers with flavor even
Ice cubes get stinky if not used quick
Why bother with your mess.

whats the patent number... i thought so *copies* *patents*

that is the dumbest thing i have ever heard

ooooh we are so afraid of patent infringement.
it's gonna cool down
it's gonna taste like crap
it's going to spoil
work on a better mouse trap

Sorry but that sounds really yukky.. Maybe you should just buy a box of the little milk cartons like the ones you get in a cfeteria, or a tin of Marvel for emergencies.. I certainly wouldn't go for Milk Ice Cubes.. NO way..

Whir the frozen milk cubes in a blender first to mix the fatty solids in.

Why not just buy the small cartons of milk they sell in the juice aisles. It keeps on the shelf for a long time.

I take it with me when I go on vacation to the Caribbean, so I can put it in my coffee at the hotel.

You are the first one to think up milk cubes. You better look up what it takes to get a patent approved.

sounds like a good idea....don't see why not, although it might curdle. Try coffee mate

Yes it will. Frozen milk cubes is better with hot chocolate than coffee.

Frozen Coke cubes is good for rum, and most other beverages including coffee.

Don't free coffee - it'll taste nasty after defrost. Just by read-to-drink ones like Mr. Brown or Georgia Coffee in cans.

No worries.

u could freeze milk but wouldn't recommend it .
i have a jar of powdered milk in my cuboard for coffee emergencies.

Sure you can freeze milk, i live out in the sticks and when it snows here we always have a spare 4 pints of semi skimmed in the freezer. just make sure if you put a whole container in you stand it upright. It goes a funny orange colour when frozen but defrosts back to the normal milk colour.

im sorry hun but that is just weird...y dont u just make coffee and use regular milk like a normal person

maybe if you freeze small amounts of milk in ice cube trays, but milk, when it freezes, seperates. it doesnt harm the milk at all but it does look rather weird.

I freeze milk cubes all the time! I don't drink milk but do use it for cooking. I agree it does look funny but works GREAT! bought a dollar store ice cube try and they make 1/2 ounce cubes. Need a 1/4 cup??..fine use 4 cubes!..

Maybe some powered milk?

frozen coffee will taste like crap . . Sorry but I don't class running out of milk an "emergency" Some people have even bigger problems than that believe me !

hey retard. u are so ******* boring ice cubes GET A LIFE UGLY :)

i don`t think it would cool down your coffe to much, as long as you didn`t put but one or 2 cubes in.
