What should I get at Starbucks?!

Question:

What should I get at Starbucks?

I know I just asked this question, but the answers I got didn't answer my question. So here it is again. I added more info, though.

I love Starbucks, but I am working on losing weight, so I'm trying to find something that's a little bit healthier. I used to get Java Chip or Caramel Frappucino, and I know that's really not very good for me but they taste really good. I've been getting Black Iced Tea with extra sweetener, which is much better than the Frappucino, but I'm getting kind of tired of it. I don't need something with caffeine, and I like things that are chocolatey. I tried the Iced Caffe Mocha, but it wasn't sweet. I'd rather have something sweet. I don't want to have a different flavor of tea or a different Frappucino, just something that is more healthy. Thanks for your help!

Answers:
Mocha light frapps are really good and a small is around 150calories & 1.5 grams of fat. the caramel light fraps are also really good, and around the same fat & calories.
as for hot, any sugarfree syrups are great, like cinnamon dolce vanilla or french vanilla.

good luck! losing weight is hard, and it takes alot of willpower to stick it out! Good for you!!!! :o)

Get a nonfat Mocasipi!

just yesterday I got a plain cappuchino and a sugar free slice banana nut cake.mmmmm.

a skinny latte w/ no sugar is probably the only non fat thing on the menu, the flavoured drinks have sugar syrup, but if the choc. is non sweetened cocoa then that's fine to have a plain mocha.

the iced-lemonade teas are REALLY good

anything

Get the skim, no whip, dulce latte with a shot of chocolate syrup.

Or get a mocha latte with an extra shot of the "healthier" sugar free syrups that they have available. It actually makes it sweeter and it gives you that chocolate fix that you need.
