I was laying beside my gf in bed. The 2 liter bottle next to me exploded and rocketed upward, hitting the top of my wall, and sprayed us both with Pepsi. When I looked at the bottle the whole bottom of it had been blown out. Pepsi bottles are this combustible???

Listen up bro - dr phil has got to go. it was his conspiracy that caused the accident with the pepsi. he loaded up that sucker with mentos and alka seltzer or something. when it gets too hot - you would rather not - have carbonated water in bed with you.
YES!Soda botles are packed under alot of pressure because of the carbonation.Although I'm sure it doesn't explode through the bottle in most cases.Must have been a defective Bottle that had a weak spot and just couldn't hold the pressure in no more.Hey ,that must have been really funny!
