I'm 5'8'' how can i get more fatter?!

I'm 5'8'' how can i get more fatter?

I've made it a personal goal to gain 200 pounds. I've started at 172, now i'm at 185 thanks to 5-6 meals and weight gain shakes, anybody have a different approach? a better plan?

I've made it a personal goal to gain 200 pounds to get up to 370. It sounds crazy i know but i like to be fat. I've started at 172, now i'm at 185 thanks to 5-6 meals and weight gain shakes, anybody have a different approach? a better plan?

Too get really fat just eat pizza, fries, burgers, and shakes everyday also you could go to gnc and ask them what you could use. Or last thing just eat like every hour. But you know what though. That is very bad for you though. Gaining that much weight. But hey what ever floats your boat go ahead.

eat lots of fat - there are more calories in fat than in protein or carbohydrates.

But, plan on a short life.

eat rice everyday.

EAT EAT EAT non-stop. But yes it depends on what type of weight you want to gain. Do you want to get fat? Or do you want a muscular type of weight gain? Because if so, you would need a trainer for that kinda stuff. Overall, I'd say eating is your best choice. Calories = energy and 9000 calories = 1 pound. So if you want to gain weight, start eating. Hope this helps.

It is time you focused on the neglected food groups:
1) The whipped group.
2) The congealed group.
3) The choco-tastic

Be creative. Instead of making sandwiches with bread, use Pop-Tarts. Instead of chewing gum, chew bacon. And remember, if you're not sure about something, rub it against a piece of paper. If the paper turns clear, it's your window to weight gain.

If all else fails, drink lots of booze. You will gain weight - and be more attractive to the opposite sex.

Eat, eat, eat- don't move, don't think... sleep,sleep, sleep- then repeat. (Are you trying to die?)

What are you trying to do kill your self. You don't want to be that big your going to hurt your self and give your self a heart attack. I struggle with my weight. Don't you do that to your self PLEASE DON'T
