energy drinks is just mostly sugar and that is why it is called energy drinks because all the sugar gives you energy

FDA regulations are stringent enough to make sure they will provide you energy... Caffeine and taurine are normally prent in these bveverages... They act similarly with adrenaline and increase body performance. be careful though, they can have side effects to some consumers like hyper thyroidism and cardiovascular ailments.
BOTH. MOST PEOPLE ARE AFFECTED DIFFERENTLY. BUT MOST OF THE ENERGY 'SUPPLEMENTS' DO GIVE MOST PEOPLE A 'BOOST'....JUST MAY LAST LONGER WITH SOME.
