I drank too much coffee, how do I slow down?!

Question:

I drank too much coffee, how do I slow down?

Answers:
Take some downers...qualudes or valium are good

try breathing slow and deep, you also need to eat something.

eat something and drink lots of water to help flush the caffeine out of your system

Put lot of salt in coffee and drink for a week.. U will forget drinking coffee then..

start chewing gum, and begin drinking tea instead.

Drink a lot of water/fluids (non-caffeinated) so you eliminate the excess caffeine in your body.

I have the same problem, but I vomit when i drink too much coffee. If your stomach is upset, drink a can of soda, that's what I do, and the acid in soda kind of soothes my stomach

First, drink coke... then tea.
You have to come down gradually!
It's like a diver coming to the surface too quickly.
You'll get the caffeine bends.

Drink slower, drink less (smile )
Try drinking some water in between cups.
If it's the caffiene you're concerned about,
mix a pound of regular with a pound of decaf,

drink a glass of hot milk,
munch on some lettuce ( romaine)
take a deep breath, hold it, count to five, take it out again
chew gum
