what arethe long term and short term affects or problems? i drink at least one sobe no fear a day. and i was just wondering what its doing to me

if u dronk a lot. it can be bad. its like drinking a lot of alcohol (you get drunk) but with energy drinks u get hyper

hopefully they're not. I drink 2 diet redbulls a day!

Too much sugar in these products.

Best best health drink is water. I use food for energy and it works really well.

I heard they are real bad, yet they give me enough energy to work out and stay awake. They are bad because they have a ton of sugar which can lead to diabetes in the long run.

the dude that invented red bull says he drinks like 10 a day and he's a billionare, so go figure.

Heart rate increses artificially, not good. If you want pure energy go with the real deal. Fruit, veggies, natural sugars. What you are doing, will eventually kill you. Perhaps 5-15 years prior to your "time"

Good luck kicking that nasty habbit. All you are doing is making the executives rich at Sobe.

i can tell you what i learned about caffine...
the reason for the buzz is because your body thinks its a poison and attacks it, theres a microbiologist named Robert Young, he wrote a bood called the PH Miracle, so if you want to see, in his opinion, the sh*t we put in ouy body, check it out, another great source is a book called Gods Guide to Ultimate Health, its better then any horror story youll ever read.

I never believed this. but its fact!
2 days ago I tryed 1-st time in my life redbull energy drink just tryed it at work cause our water finished and forgot about that. it was really hurd day but ? felt great and then i remembered that i drink this. and what happend in the evening... all bad emotions all pain and all tiredness turn back 2 or maybe 10 times hurder.
so for me I dont recommend.

Your caffeine intake hapmers your ability to bond calcium to bones.
the nervous system gets used to having it, and relies on it after days of consistent use.
But don't look at me, I still use everyday.

my best friends dad had a four a day red bull habit, and he died at age 38, from his heart stopping. nobody could pin it on red bull, but he was a healthy non-smoker/non-drinker and the only chemicals found in his system during an autopsy were those in red bull, so drink at your own risk.

It depends on what is in it.

Yohimbe and caffeine are the worst for making you feel really nervous....yohimbe and guarana can make you feel like your heart is coming out of your chest.

Caffeine is caffeine, whether it is in a coke or in coffee or tea.

Sobe is usually pretty harmless, but there are some cheapo energy drinks that could care less how it physically effects their consumers.

I found that all the sugar and caffeine in most energy drinks can really be bad for you if you drink a lot of them.

The one I drink is healthy, works in minutes, lasts for hours, an is less expensive than a lot of energy drinks.
