How can I make Thai Iced Tea?!

Question:

How can I make Thai Iced Tea?

I love Thai Ice Tea served at traditional Thai restaurants. I heard there is a mix that you can buy to make it at home by adding milk. I've checked Asian markets with no luck.. Any suggestions??

You are looking for Chai Tea (a black tea with spices). My favorite brand is Tazo (offered at starbucks) it is a liquid mix. There are tea bags available but the Tazo Chai liquid mix is the best. You just add milk to it. You can buy the tea bags at grocery stores in the tea/ coffee aisle.

OOOO i had some at a thai restaurant and it was soo good

ok welll im not sure about the recipe but i think it was just coconut milk and tea

Found this site on a freebie board I frequent. Brewed tea is 1,000 times better than powdered tea mix. Enjoy!
