The bottle is written in Japanese, so i can't read it. The only engish on it is a sticker with the Nutrition Facts. If it helps, its Asahi Green Tea.

if it hasn't been exposed to sunlight, it should be okay to drink. It should keep well as long as it is not exposed to heat and sunlight. If it contains sugar, it will be better preserved.
Usually bottled tea has an expiration date stamped on the bottle. Keeping it after that date is not advised. I have and it tasted terrible.
