How does Vitamin Water taste ?? And does it work ?!

Question:

How does Vitamin Water taste ?? And does it work ?

does it give you energy, all that stuff that it claims on each bottle. and what is the best flavor ?

Answers:
NO, NO, NO! It is a pure myth!!!! Vitamin water does not exist. You can't get vitamins from water....you have to get them via food and perhaps vitamin pills. Many vitamin waters also have sugar in them along with the vitamins they claim are in there as well. This is impossible to do, because sugar actually absorbs nutrients and vitamins your body needs. That is only one reason why a ton of sugar is bad for you, and it's the reason why vitamin water doesn't exist. You can't really just add vitamins to water, and you certainly can't if it contains sugar. It's a myth that it does anything good for the body. Believe me, I've done studies in labs with proof! It's just Madison Avenue trying to get people...ugh. Please don't buy into it.

I don't know about the energy part. I can't really feel a difference, but it tastes ok. I like the grape kind. But there are so many different flavors out now, I can't keep up.

There was a report on News Channel 5, that vitamin water might not be as healthy as first thought, but I can't stand the taste of it period.

taste like someone dropped an artificial taste in the water. besides its just a brand name, doesnt do anything. water is still recommended. eat the right foods and you wont need these false health drinks

I think it tastes great. I really like it, although it gets too sweet after you drink it for a while. Fruit water is better. It's good for quenching thirst though. I'm not sure if anyone can tell the effects of the vitamins. They tend to be subtle effects. Dragonfruit, the orange colored one and the purple one with 50 on it are my favorite flavors.

OK i love the stuff, it makes me feel healthy when i drink it and thats all that matters, it counts as your water intake, so its healthy in that aspect but the best flavor is the light pink bottle ( i think its strawberry and something else) iLOVE IT

I tried it once and I thought it tasted awful compared to all the other flavored healthy waters that are out there. Re: the claims:
You'd be much better off taking your vitamin pills with a glass of water! All this craze with the energy / healthy water is just that, a big fad that companies are now racing to come up with new products and jump on the bandwagon to make some $. Save your money.
