What is a good decaffinated coffee?!

Question:

What is a good decaffinated coffee?

I am looking for recommendations on the best tasting decaffeinated coffee. Please indicate whether the decaf process is the Swiss Water process, if you know.

I should add that I am looking for a brand of beans (ground or whole) that I can make for myself. Thanks.

Starbucks House Blend Decaf is quite good, and sells for around $7-8 per package ( Target, grocery store...etc).

as for the cheaper brands, Maxwell House makes a pretty good blend that I believe is NOT Swiss Water Process, but it is quite affordable (about $5 per can) and pretty good for the price.

I prefer Yuban's decaf blend, because its stronger & bolder than maxwell, but still less expensive than starbucks. I also believe yuban may be a swiss water process decaf blend.

Don't ya just love coffee!!??

My family drinks starbcks house blend decaf, cuz my dad has a heart condition and can't have caffeine. we've been drinking it for years!

Starbucks has a good decaffeinated, swiss water process coffee. I'm not sure how much you're willing to spend.

I have no idea what process is used, but the best flavored de-caff I've tried is Starbucks, Komodo Dragon, made in single cup lots with a Melitta system.
In case you're not familiar with this system, it's a plastic filter holder that takes a number 2 filter and sit on top of the cup, in which you slowly pour boiling water over the grounds. Cone shaped, and have the paople grind the coffee one step finer than "paper cone". It's also about $14.00 per pound.

We brew Starbuck's House Blend Decaf in our home. It is quite good & serves well as a morning or after-dinner blend!
We often have guests, and they always compliment our blend-of-choice!

I believe Starbucks decaf does indeed use a swiss water decafinataion process.

Best of luck!
Have a wonderful day!
