What are some healthy energy drinks?!

Question:

What are some healthy energy drinks?

I used to love drinking red bull and monster on occasion. But I realized that my body is not loving it. I really need some sort of energy drink that will still keep me up and running, and wont hurt my body.

Coffee

fuze is great for your body in SOOO many ways, and is a pretty good energy drink.
tastes awesome too : )

Boost. It is not a "energy" drink persay, but provides all of your recommended daily dosage of protine, vitamine, and nutrients. It keeps yoiu full for awhile and is great to drink warmed up too for breakfast. Kinda pricy at about 10.00 for 6 but damn sure worth it. Also if you need something a little less filling to drink, i would suggest Vitamine Water. That stuff has B-12 in it which gives you energy. Neither of these drinks are high in carbs so you wont get tired 45 min after you are done with them.

no energy drinks are healthy. eat better, drink water, get sleep, and take a multi-vitamin. doing all of that worked for me.
if you insist on drinking energy drinks, i can definitely tell you AVOID ROCKSTAR. it made everyone i know who tried it sick to their stomachs, including me.

I don't blame you. I found that all the sugar and caffeine in most energy drinks can really be bad for you if you drink a lot of them.

The one I drink is healthy, works in minutes, lasts for hours, an is less expensive than a lot of energy drinks.

I found mine on line at www.carlshealthhelp.com/energy

gatorade, but nothing compare to the natural which is water.

Xs energy drinks - best and healthiest you are going to find.
