hmmm.. i dont really know.. but i LOVE them.. so i will be checking back to see the answers... so ppl.. answer them!
You'll probably spend just as much trying to make one. You could however make normal coffeemaker coffee and add flavoring. It's next to the coffee in the grocery store.
It's actually pretty easy. You have to steam some half and half, add your shots (one for small, two for medium, three for large) and then some caramel (About 2 Tbsp for small, 3 for medium, 4 for large.) Voila.
