Ples help, i drink too much coffee i can't stop it,what i do?

i drink coffee like some addiction....what i do...don't tell see doctor...bcoz it is not possible....if anyone knows some herbal tips using in home,ples tell me....

You might have a caffeine addiction in which case the best thing to do is stop drinking it - that is a choice by the way. Caffeine withdrawal is very uncomfortable and some people experience horrible headaches when they stop drinking caffeinated beverages. Switch to decaf coffee, and as far as any withdrawal effects - it's going to be uncomfortable and that you can't really avoid. Tylenol, or ibuprofen can help with the headache and drink lots of water.

Well try drinking LOTS of water to stop the craving.
I've heard tea is kind of healthier.

Try Green Tea or Chai Tea.

Coffee's not bad for you, but if you want drink tea instead. Although it sometimes has as much caffine. Are you overly amped up, that's why you want to quit?

I've never been addicted to coffee, I actually do not drink it, but I know my grandmother drinks the stuff all day long, it's really bad, all I can suggest is to limit yourself to maybe 3 cups a day(breakfast,lunch,&dinner), and replace the coffee you use to drink with something more healthier like water,juice,exercise! Well I know I drink alot of coffee too but when I at work I never do so that helps. Drink some mild-half caf coffee wean your self off slow or you will suffer from caffeine withdrawal (A real issue)
Try to drink some ice tea too.

Whenever you feel nasha for coffee, control yourself for 5 mins and you will forget it for that time. But it requires strong determination for initial 5 mins. If you can do this for 2-3 days you will forget it for rest of your life.

Other option to have juice whenever you feel like having coffee.

this one is a perfect way to quit drinking coffee. Get a different drink (like orange juice) and make it a habit to drink something healthy. what i did though is that i started a habit to eat or throw water on my face so that i can wake up in the morning!! but dont try a different habit such as smoking...that is what happened to me but i quit that eventually!! so keep resisting and keep on trying to get in a different habit(a good one).

Try reducing your consumption a little at a time. You may consider trying tea or decafe coffee some of the time.

just go cold turkey. get rid of the coffee in your house and anything that has to do with it. then when you go by a coffee place just walk straight by.

Sex helps, naw i'm just pickin. I don't know what works for you but when I get addicted to coffee, I eat something and quit making it when I want it. And don't run to starbucks to get any. Try eating orange tic tacs.... I'm serious. They help every addiction.
