Better question would be do you want to pay 10 bucks for a cup or 10 bucks for 2 pounds. No I prefer the same as you and sometimes folgers. It makes a good cup of coffee and if i want all the bells and whistles the starbucks sells then I can do it for myself alot cheaper.

I personally don't like either!!! But if I had to chose one I'd pick Maxwell house.. I think starbucks is way to strong for me!! But I am currently hooked on corner bakeries coffee the lovely hazelnut and cream.. it's soo yummy!! you should try it sometime!!

Neither. I buy my coffee from a place where they roast the beans on the premises.... haven't found any better. I never did care for Maxwell House, or Starbucks either come to think of it.

Maxwell in a way, but I like the Canadian Tim Hortons; star bucks is not to my taste.

My family brews starbucks at home, but when I go out, I lie to patron the local cafes & small business owners.
My friend brews maxwell house in her home, and I like the smooth blend, but I prefer starbucks blend in my home.

definitely not maxwell house,but starbuck is okay,just a bit pricey.my choice is brewing it at home,so i would try to find a local coffee store shop,and order the coffee beans by the pound. i like french roast.i've also had blue mountain;pretty smooth coffee.
Caribou! But it's only available in the midwest..sorry. Otherwise, I'd opt for home brewed because it's cheaper.
i like illy... but basically i prefer tea since i stopped smoking... 4.5 years ago...!!! anyway, what's Star Bucks or Maxwell house??? don't know any of them...

Starbucks; i prefer this because the rich gourmet taste. Maxwell House taste a bit blah to me. Sorry, hope this helps. I have tried better, and this is what i think after experience
