If you regularly drink Red Bull, can it adversely affect your health?!

Question:

If you regularly drink Red Bull, can it adversely affect your health?

Answers:
Not sure but I used to work with someone who drank the stuff like water. He would buy a case and bring it to work, drinking at least 12 cans in a 6-hour shift.
As the shift progressed he seemed to get more and more agitated, get worried easily, his hands would shake, he would take a while to answer questions (he would just stand there staring into space), and his eyes would go red and seemed to bulge out of his head.

He drank so much Red Bull because he had 2 full-time jobs.
I couldn't 100% tell you if it was the Red Bull or not, but he always looked particularly unhealthy at the end of a shift compared to the beginning (and our job was easy so I doubt it was because of the work).

It has a lot of caffene in it - I used to get a racing heart if I drank too much of the stuff. I would lie in bed with tired body but a very alert mind - it was like torture! I don't touch it the stuff anymore. It is actually banned in some countries.

it won t affect your health just make sure you only drink two a day and don t add any alcoholic beverage becauses then it will affect you.

don't think so, but you could try it and see if there are any adverse effects!

Red Bull is bad for you. Just think, what else is it that gives you energy like a Red Bull?
Sugar, Drugs, stuuf like that.
Are they good for you? No way.
Red Bull is bad for you.

well........i drank vodka and red bull as my after midnight drink of choice for ages, but found that after a saturday night on this i could not sleep till tuesday, and everyone at work thought i was on drugs. i think its the devils own beverage and should only be available on prescription!

There is 80 mg of caffeine in Red Bull - less than coffee more than tea. In moderation it should be Ok , unless it has lots of sugar?

you say drink regularly but you don't say how much...
the mix of high sugar and caffeine can't be said to be GOOD for you but nor is drinking lots of tea/coffee/coke/alcohol., etc etc...

the thing with caffeine is that it does have quite a strong effect on the body, too much can interfere with your sleep patterns, it could also make you feel anxious or irritable...
caffeine is addictive and this means you can also suffer withdrawal symptoms from it....

yes
