How much caffine does a latte have?
My teacher has these vanilla lattes every day and she is always bouncing off the walls!

It depends on how many shots are in the latte.
1 shot: 77 grams of caffeine
2 shots: 144 grams of caffeine
3 shots: 231 grams of caffeine
Starbucks 16oz lattes come with 2 shots, but most other places only start with 1, and you have to ask (& pay) for more.
I'd bet she's drinking a single or a double shot latte

unfortunately, chika got to the perfect answer before I could, but she is absolutely correct.
You can't know exactly how much caffeine she's drinking unless you know how many espresso shots she drinks in one latte. I'd say 2 shots per 16oz is pretty standard, but each person's preference varies.
Sometimes if I want something sweet, I'll just get 1 shot, so the drink tastes more like the syrup flavor. If I'm barely conscious, I'll get a triple shot to get me going. Otherwise, I usually just stick with 2 shots.
