Plain coffee based frappuccino?!

Question:

Plain coffee based frappuccino?

ok im on a diet but am really addicted to this coffee frappuccino .. I usually order it plain with no cream nor caramel ... so how much calories would be in the tall sized cup !?

Answers:
190 Calories in the tall. 2.5g of fat and 32g of sugar.

Not the best drink for a diet, but all diets are based on give and take, so I'm sure you can cut elsewhere and still enjoy.

they have that information at starbucks...next time you go get your fix, ask one of the baristas

it would still contain a lot of sugar. I don't know exactly how many calories but if you are on a diet, then it is too many. Try drinking a different beverage.

OMG I love them! Aren't they just the perfect splurge for a diet?

The fat & calories work as follows:

Coffee-Lite Frapp
Tall: 100 calories/ 0.8g fat
Grande 133 calories/ 1.0g fat
Venti: 200 calories/ 1.5g fat

I order the lite frap all the time in the summer months, but try adding a shot of espresso to it; it gives it a richer flavor & gives it a less "diet" taste to it, not to mention the caffeine boost!

Have an Wonderful Day! Best wishes & lots of luck to you while dieting! You can do it!!!

=o)

PS: Astaireboy's "190 & 2.5" calculation is for a regular coffee frapp, NOT LITE... but its correct for a regular frapp. I just wanted you to be aware that this is the cause for disagreement amongst calories... just a minor slip-up. Best Wishes!!
