there are team members, leads, and managers.

team members are the ones that you usually interact with. they take your orders, make your smoothies, and give you (hopefully) some great customer service.

leads are more experienced team members that bear more store responsibilities such as making sure store orders are correct, making schedules, closing out cash drawers, and opening/closing the store.

managers are the big kahunas that pretty much take the heat whenever anything goes wrong. they oversee everything that concerns the operation of the store.
