Here's a few from the web:

The last one there has a bunch of smoothie recipes when the page opens.

Once you make a few, then you can play around with your own recipe and make one that becomes your favorite. I like mine mixed with raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and banana, ice. Heavy on the blueberry's of course! Sometimes, I'll add a spoonful of orange juice concentrate or low fat milk or yogurt, depending on how I want the consistency or taste. They are definitely sweet enough without adding sweetener.

OJ, Yogurt, blueberries, and a couple of drops of vanilla extract ( you can add ice to make it thicker)

1/3c blueberries
1 banana
1/3 c strawberries
blend with a cup of ice and two packets of splenda, only 130 calories for the whole shake, yum!

try this one:
1 cup vanilla yoghurt (or low fat if u prefer)
1/2 cup grape juice
1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries(frozen)
1 cup fresh blackberries(frozen)
>put in blender until smooth

ps>u have 2 freeze the fruits to make the smoothie better tasting..

or;
1 cup blueberry yoghurt
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 cups blueberries (frozen)
combine all but the blueberries in a blender. then add blueberries until smooth.

Container 6-8 oz strawberry banana yogurt, splenda or equal two or three packets, Ice and blend until smooth. Yummy.
