Before someone can answer this question, you need to look into how much fresh milk it takes to make the other products in your list, the price differences of those products, and the demand of these products in your area. If I'm correct, Ghee can be stored for quite a while longer than the other products since the water is cooked out of it, so if there is a high demand for this product you could go with Ghee and not have to worry about spoilage as much. However, some people may want to buy fresh milk and make their own products out of it.

With 10 cows your feed costs shouldn't be too high. Costs may range from $2.00 to $5.00 per cow per day depending on what you feed. Most dairy cow diets consist of forages and grains. Depending on the feed 1 cow could eat upwards to 100 lbs or 45 kg of feed a day. If you have good pasture you wouldn't have to worry as much about purchasing feed. However, cows don't produce as much milk on pasture compared to hay and grain feeding. You could also let them graze on pasture and give them grain to increase their milk production. Corn is ingredient you should have in the diet since it's high in energy. You may also want to look into cottonseed, soybean meal, or barley, depending on what is available in your area. I hope this information helps.
