What is the ratio of fine grind coffee to water for 6 cups of brewed coffee?!

Question:

What is the ratio of fine grind coffee to water for 6 cups of brewed coffee?

Answers:
The usual ratio is 1 level tablespoon per cup of coffee; use a bit more or less for stronger or weaker coffee.

Also, add a dash of salt. This removes any bitter taste.

Generally the ratio of ground coffee to water is 1 T. per cup of coffee so if using a drip coffee maker for 6 cups I'd use 3 scoops of coffee. If you prefer stronger coffee add another "for the pot".

I use about a scoop (Tablespoon) for every two cups.

1 Tablespoon per 6 fluid ounces of water.

I am accustomed to people who like their coffee strong. I scoop per cup. If you are sensitive to cafeine, I would suggest 4 scoops.

ONE ROUNDED TABLESPOON PER CUP, PLUS ONE FOR THE POT, ALSO ADD A DASH OF SALT

I use 1 tablespoon per 6 oz. 12 cup coffee maker 6 tablespoons. However some brands of coffee are stronger and you may need to reduce. For the most part this is a starting point if it is too weak or strong for your tastes adjust.

1/4 cup to 1/3 cup -mild to strong

Try 4 1/2 tablespoons to 6 cups of water

Try 1 & 1/2 standard coffee scoops.
