Does coffee...?!

Question:

Does coffee...?

Speed up your metabolism and make you lose weight? Or does it make you gain weight? Does it make you break out? Is it overall good or bad?

Answers:
Coffee contains caffeine which can keep you awake or make you jittery if you get too much. It can increase the heart rate. It will not help you lose weight or gain weight. It does not contain calories. What you put into it does count. It does not mke moat people break out. People have used coffee to help with diets bydrinking it before a meal to take up space in the stomach o that they can not eat as much. Water works as well. It is habit forming. The caffeine stays in the system 11 days. You get a headache on withdrawl. People get used to it waking them up in the morning.

Caffeine can suppress appetite and is a CNS stimulant, which can help keep you going and feel less hungry.

It doesn't really have any calories until you add cream, milk or sugar.

Coffee itself is also a diuretic (stimulates urination)

As for breaking out, I couldn't say. I find coffee makes you sweat more (which seems to cause breakouts in some), and some people break out from a lot of dairy fat (lots of cream), but I couldn't say for sure on this. I would say it's probably not directly linked to breakouts.

IT IS A TASTEFUL DRINK TO BE CONSUMED IN MODERATION
