I would prefer to stay with the original, Gatorade. It gives you energy and electrolites, and is pretty darn good to boot. If you want something newer, you might want to try Monster energy drinks. Many of my friends say it gives them alot of energy, and the tast is not bad either, sort of like Mountain Dew.

I like the "No Carb" Rockstar in the blue can. I think other people do too because everywhere I go it's always gone!
