Which is less harmful: coffee or tea?!

Question:

Which is less harmful: coffee or tea?

Which has more caffeine?

Answers:
Coffee definitely has more caffeine!

I think both tea & coffee have excellent health benefits, when had in moderation. Coffee has a lot of acid, so that could be hard on your stomach if you drink alot of it, but some people handle coffee just fine.

both have alot of antioxidants, but green tea has the most.
I think neither is harmful to you is you drink in moderation, but if you drink A TON of coffee, the amount of caffeine will mess with your circadian rhythm (body's natural sleep cycle). If you LOOOOOVE coffee like I do, try drinking some decaf & some regular, to keep the caffeine level lower.

:o)

Coffee has a lot more caffeine. Tea is better for you!

Pound for pound, tea has more. But coffee has more per cup, since you use less tea than coffee per cup. I hope that makes sense!!

if I throw you a cup of coffee of tea in the face, I think coffee is more harmful.

i think coffee is more harmful since tea has been proven to have health beneficial attributes

The obvious answer is cofee...
coffee = caffein.
But which one is better for your health is definetly tea.
The only problem with tea is that it stains your teeth and makes you teeth less white.

coffee has more caffeine than tea but if you drink either in moderation it's not harmful at all.
