But it is so good - I just had a large myself - the 32-oz one - that's 1110 calories with 240 calories from 26g of fat ! Wow

They should have a nutrition facts sheet somewhere in the restuarant. If you can't find one, ask the person at the counter. A small Vanilla Shake has 400 Calories.

This website has all of McDonald's nurtrition info. There are different types of shakes listed so you will have to look for the one you like.

It's 12% fat. Thats pretty bad but not as bad as a hamburger.

Very. It consists of the worst grade dehydrated, then re hydrated dairy products the FDA will allow on the shelf. Plus, it is shipped to the restaurant in a big plastic bag and then stirred all day in a freezer of some sorts until some unwitting patron comes along and poisons his.her body with it. If you want a shake go get some 100% natural, organic ice cream (Google 'BGH' - you will be horrified) and some organic low fat milk. Mix in equal parts and stir in your blender. You get more for your money and you aren't eating crap (not literally, but almost).

to be honest ....i don't very often go to a MacDonald's..maybe 3 times a year max but i have a big mac meal and i don't see that it could be so fattening as is made out as the burgers are mostly meat..there is salad and french fries "chips" ...the milk shake would most likely be more fattening than the burger but if you want a milk shake then whats the problem.....KFC get away lightly as their food is covered in hydrogenated fat like kebabs

well, assuming that you're still thin enough to actually care....a single sip of a mcdonalds milkshake will go straight to your hips, you'll get fired from your job for being an ugly *****, your boyfriend will leave you, your family will disown you, and you'll spend the rest of your life in a miserable glutinous oblivion.

Depends on the size of shake, small, medium or large. I believe a large is around 500 calories. Check out this site. You'll find all the nutritional info on McDonald's food items.
