Which is better for you tea or coffee?!

Question:

Which is better for you tea or coffee?

Answers:
coffee is proven to contain 63 carcinogenic chemicals !! so i would say tea !!

Tea actually contains more caffeine, but I'm not sure if this is bad for you or not. Tea also contains antioxygens. Also, the chinese live til really old and they all drink tea.

Tea is better for you

Probably tea, esp. green tea. But coffee has been shown to aid diabetic people in controlling their blood sugars. So it sorta depends. How's that for straddlign the fence?!

I would say tea. As long as you don't add amillion things, like I do :)

decaffinated -Tea because too much caffine can give liver problems and weird stuff like that you should try and buy good earth tea

Tea, but i drink coffee.

Herbal teas are much better for you and can be used for your daily water intake. Some teas are known for their calming effects (such as chammomile). When I need my water, but crave a really strong flavor, I turn to Celestial Seasonings (caffeine free) Bengal Spice. Coffee on the other hand has been proven to reduce pain as effectively as a tylenol. If you are a serious coffee drinker to begin with, you probably don't want to abruptly stop drinking it......I've found that I get serious headaches from doing so. If a little caffeine is what you want, try a Chai. It has less caffeine than coffee. Check out the link below for more:

Tea!1.3 billion Chinese can't be wrong

Depends if you believe in old wives tales. It was once said that coffee stunts your growth. I never believed it. However what I do believe is coffee is better for you over regular tea because it has less caffiene. Known fact. If you are drinking the other teas, green, red, white, ect then it would be tea.

probley tea coffee has alot of caffine.

Tea is definitely better. Check wikipedia

Tea
