It don't have to be Religious honest it don't. 12 easy little steps to follow each day. It's hard in the beginning but it gets easier and easier. Keep trying.

Been clean and sober for 5 years but have been untempted for 2 thanks to my faith in God. I just ask for one more day each day I wake Up. Continued success to you. Life gets better each and every day that you don't pick up.

Last week I put ￡10 in the jar, looked in the mirror and didn't like who I saw. Yesterday I put another ￡10 in the jar, looked in the mirror and although not perfect my face looked more human. Next week I'm going to put another ￡10 in the jar and when I look in the mirror I hope, No I know, I will like what I see and I will go and buy something nice for my face.
Does it work for quitting smoking too?
