Dorchester town centre is getting a refurb. and amongst other things were getting a Starbucks. Not sure how Costa and the half a dozen local coffee shops feel about it though.

Ain't sure about Starbucks but THE COFFEE BEAN & TEA LEAF gives free coffee refills for breakfast, like when you buy their breakfast set;>
Sadly no..That's why it's nice to support your local coffee shop, and not some corporate mass produced place. Try to find a smaller place that actually cares about it's customers, and I bet you will get that refill. If not, at least your buck fifty is going back into the community, and not into the pocket of some CEO in another state.
The only thing you can get a refill at Starbucks on is a cup of water. I really wish they did give refills on coffee though!
