I got this new soda at the store called Dr. Denali. I think its another cheap knockoff of Dr. Pepper. How long has it been around? It's pretty good.

I don't have any idea, but I do know this, Dr. Pepper is prune juice flavored Pepsi. Just a little FYI.
it is made ok 100% hard liquor
