Drinks other than tap water and soda??!

Question:

Drinks other than tap water and soda??

I have stopped drinking regular tap water that is not in a bottle or enriched with vitamins, but now all I'm drinking is Lipton Iced Tea. What are some other really good vitamin-enriched waters or other healthy drinks that are good? Thanks.

Answers:
drink 100% pure fruit juice. i do, and it tastes great.

Milk

V-8 is great!

You can get single serving packets of some drink flavors that you mix in with a bottle water. I had one the other day that was propel or something similar. It was the lemonade flavor and I thought it was pretty good. It's also sugar free and suppose to have vitamins in it. Look in the kool-aide section at your local grocery store. The crystal lite brand is also pretty good but probably not packed with vitamins. I hope this helps!

if youre not going to drink tap water, go out and buy yourself a brita or pur filter. that way you end up spending less than buying bottled water.

drinking iced tea all the time is not good because tea has caffeine, which is a diuretic and can dehydrate you.

if you insist on buying bottled water, try glaceau vitamin water. there are a ton of different flavors and its really yummy!

I don't know why you stopped drinking tap water. It has to be cleaned by the city, and, though it does contain some pathogens, or possibly harmful bacteria and viruses, your body can build it's immune system, so you won't get the next epidemic in your city.

If you don't like water, and want something beside tea, try juices. They are good, and also good for you.
