What drinks have catalyst in them?

I know grapefruit juice has catalyst in it.What other drinks do?I am trying to find a fat burning drink.

Grapefruit juice is bad for some people on some medications because it interacts. There really is no drink with a catalyst that helps lose weight. You need to eat less, smaller helpings, exercise more, choose foods that are better for you, less fats, less salt, more fresh fruits and vegetables, less red meat, less sugars.

My opinion is that the best "fat burning drink" would be water, not fancy water--just plain or bottled water. When I am trying to lose a few and get back onto my healthy living, I drink at least eight 8-oz per day (and more if I wish).
