Answers:
My family grates horseraddish every year as a tradition. We peel it an grate it in the food processor until it's very fine (watch out - this stuff is majorly strong when freshly grated!!!) We use it on all kinds of things.... ham sandwiches, beef tenderloin steaks, cook it with sausage etc. We also bottle it when we're done and put it in the refrigerator so it lasts for a few months. Just make sure you clean out any glass jars really good and even let them soak in hot water with a bit of dish soap and you're good to go.

Throw it in the trash. Horseradish tastes like roadkill left steaming on the highway all day in the hot sun, and smells just as bad.

Make horse radish mayo for yousandwhiches, or horse radish for you roast beef or cut it and pickle it.

Peel it, mince it up, and add a little cream to it. Have it with prime rib, or a good steak.

it is normally grated for use (make sure to peel it first). it's really good with beef and potatoes, or mixed with mayo or sour cream. it is also used in just about every chinese recipe.

I love this shaved over some hard boiled eggs and salt!

It is also good, after grating, with baked or mashed sweet potatoes, or with fish.
