i can't find my blender so is a mixer good

No. A blender has blades on it to chop the fruit and ice together, all while adding air and making it frothy.
A mixer will only mix, more similiar to stirring. If that is all you have, chop the ice by hand first (in a sturday bag, wack the ice cubes with a rolling pin) and finely chop the fruit. Add the other ingredients and use the mixer.
I guess...
You can try it... it may not chop up the fruit and ice enough though.
