i just drank to much ICEE and then got brainfreeze. i tried to fix it with a nice hot cheeseburger and burned my tongue! help

when you have cold drinks, dont let the fluid touch the roof of your mouth or the back of your throat
if you still get a brainfreeze, push your tongue up to the roof of your mout
The only thing you can do it wait it out!

next time try it the other way around
Lick the roof of your mouth.
When you get a brain freeze just stick your tongue to the roof of your mouth and after a minute or so the pain will go away and you will feel better.
