Where can i make a complaint about diet pepsi?
This morning on my way to work I bought a small bottle of diet pepsi and it was completely flat! It had not bubbles at all. I didn't even drink half of the bottle. I want to let Diet Pepsi know I got ripped off and want my money back or a Diet Pepsi with some fizz.

Take it back to the store you bought it at and demand a refund. If you call the company they will tell you to contact the store, because "all pepsi leaving the factory is good". It was probably on the shelf for too long to opened already in the store.
Pepsi customer service won't be able to help, just return the empty bottle. They will probably refund it if you make a fuss.
