Immodium (loperamide HCL) works well for most people. Be sure to limit yourself to the dosage on the package (usually no more than 4 tablets in 24 hours for an adult).

Kaopectate works pretty well.

CHINA 30 in homeopathic.

kaoplex.. and the water u boil rice in.. when the rice is boiled, strain it and drink the water.. it will fix it quickly and yes.. fibre husk also is good!

Drink plain tea without adding sugar to it.

Immodium is good. Or eat a couple of 1/2 lb bricks of cheese...LOL...or calcium pills...or oatmeal...
