sugary, fatty foods, too much salt, too much bread, non-100% juices, soft drinks, ofcourse cigarettes and alcohol

papaya... and coke/pepsi chocolates

Nonsense, eat as normal.

You should stay away from the same foods you should stay away from even if you aren't planning to get pregnant. Read labels - a good rule to follow is - if you can't pronounce it don't eat it. Try not to eat heavily processed foods. Fresh food prepared without chemicals is best.

What you eat before pregnancy should just be a well-balanced, low-fat diet. And they say you should cut out alcohol, just to be safe. But when you do get pregnant, there are a number of things to stay away from, such as caffeine, alcohol, lunchmeat (it carries a bacteria called listeria), shellfish, raw or undercooked eggs and meats, and very fatty foods. Good luck trying!

Stay away, far away, from coffee and alcohol (and do not smoke).

Avoid shark, swordfish, tuna (take a look at

non-pasteurized cheeses, undercooked food, fatty food...

Try increasing your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables, low fat milk, and water.
