La Pavoni & Home Roasters: What beans do you use?
I'm home roasting and ordering green beans off Sweet Maria's. Just wondering what beans people suggest with the La Pavoni?

In the small bistro/cafe that I work in right now, we use Caffe Fiore out of Seattle. We use three roasts: swiss water decaf, French roast, and espresso. All of our customers rave about the quality of coffee. It may be worth a solid try. Here is a link to their website. http://www.caffefiore.com/
