I LOVE TEA! My favorites are herbal teas (which I drink each day atleast 2x a day). I am a big fan of green tea, chamomile, and a new pomegrannate-green tea. Delish! What are you favorites?

i use to drink nothing but tea. however after i found out i had kidney disease i cut down because cafenine isnt good for my kidney disease. so now i drink 1-3 glasses of sweet tea a day and i drink probably 6 -10 glasses of water a day. i get very dehydrated!!lol but sweet tea is the best!!!

Well here in the south we drink iced tea everyday. But hot tea is nice at night to calm your nerves and it's a great detoxifier for your body. Yeah, green tea has swept the nation and it's the in style thing to do. But it's really good.

No apparently if you drink a cold drink on a hot day it is bad since your body tries to keep warmer since it has had something cold and then on a cold day if you have a hot drink its worse because your heating your bodies tempretue up which may sound good but it is not.
