i like banan milks shakes but thats all i realy know................and othere recipes i can use for a blender is more than appreciated! thanx in advance!

Oreo Milkshake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pint vanilla ice cream
15 Oreos, divided
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chocolate flavored syrup
banana slices and fresh strawberries for garnish
Directions:
Soften ice cream by letting it stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Put 14 cookies in the plastic bag. Seal or tie bag closed. Use the rolling pin to coarsely crush the cookie. Use your hands to break the remaining cookie into quarters; save for garnish.
Put ice cream, crushed cookies, milk and chocolate syrup in the blender. Blend until smooth, stopping blender 4 or 5 times to push down mixture with spatula.
Pour mixture into glasses. Put banana, strawberries and reserved quartered cookie on skewers; put skewers in glasses. Serve immediately.
Bailey's Milkshake
4 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 1/4 cups milk (whole/low fat)
ice cubes
Garnish
2 red cherries
mint leaves
chocolate syrup
Crush ice cubes in blender (I use the PULSE button).
Add Bailey’s Irish cream, ice-cream and milk, process until foamy and well-combined.
Pour into 2 tall glasses, top with a cherry and some mint leaves.
If you like, drizzle chocolate sauce on top and serve immediately.
Chocolate Mocha Milkshake
2 cups ice cubes
3-4 teaspoons of nescafe chocolate mocha syrup
3/4 cup milk
Pour the syrup in the blender.
Add the ice cubes and milk.
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
Death By Chocolate Milkshake
1 cup chocolate ice cream or soy ice cream
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/2 cup chocolate milk or chocolate soy milk
Combine all ingredients.
Start blending on low speed gradually increasing to high and blend for about 3 minutes.
This can be dairy-free if soy milk and soy ice cream are used!
The Ramchandani's Homemade Famous Mango Milkshake (Amras)!
6 fresh alphonso mangoes, peeled and diced into small pieces
5 teaspoons sugar, to taste
250 ml milk, cold
Put the diced mangoes in a large mixing bowl.
Add sugar.
Using an electric beater, beat well until the mango pieces break and become mushy.
Beat really well!
Then add cold milk, a little at a time.
Beat well again until not even a tiny piece of mango remains -- You will get an aromatic mango smell emanating from the mixing bowl and a beautiful thick milkshake.
Add some freshly grated coconut for a nice variation (optional).
Cover the bowl.
Refrigerate until it's nice and cold.
Serve chilled.
This is to be served with puris.

STIR boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved.
ADD enough ice to cold water to measure 1-1/2 cups; pour into blender container. Add gelatin and whipped topping; cover. Blend on medium speed until smooth.
POUR evenly into 4 glasses. Serve immediately.

Take a Shortcut
To quickly clean your blender, fill it half full with hot water. Add a few drops dishwashing liquid, cover and blend for 30 seconds. Pour out the water, take apart and rinse in hot water.

Well this morning for breakfast I had a delicious smoothie made with about 1.5 scoops of chocolate whey protein powder, 4-5 oz. of skim milk, 5-6 ice cubes, and a scoop of creamy peanut butter. It was like desert for breakfast, and best of all it's good for you. Enjoy!
