Energy drinks??!


Question:

Energy drinks??

Are they bad for you if you only drink them once in awhile?? I drink Amp at MOST 2 a week. How bad is it for me? Most times i dont even drink 2 a week. SOmetimes i dont drink them for a couple weeks. So I just want to know how bad they are.

most do taste like sh*t but I like Amp.

I drink more water than anything else. but i like Amp every now n then. (like right now im drinking one) :)

I drink at least 5 or 6 bottles of water a day. (even more on hott days like today)

everyone will tell you that energy drink are bad for you.... but most of the stuff we eat or drink is considered "bad" on some account.

In reality, an energy drink on occasion is NOT going to hurt you. It's mostly caffeine & B Vitamins, with chemicals that are in a thousand other things people ingest, so by drinking in moderation (sounds like you drink them very rarely), you're not gonna have any adverse reaction.

With all the water you drink, anything that might be somewhat damaging to your body will be flushed out. Water is awesome, and it can purify your body of any toxins you MIGHT get into your body. Keep up the water & you're in the clear!

Don't worry about drinking an energy drink every once in a while, as long as you know there's alot of caffeine in them. Life is short, so enjoy an energy drink every now & then!

I don't think they are too bad for you if you are already a healthy person. And especially if you only drink it on occasion. My mama always said, " Too much of anythang ain't good". So you're in the clear. I heard they taste like shyt though?!?!?!?!?

They are bad for your kidneys. of course anything is bad for your kidneys in excess other than water.
I prefer the diet/sugar free ones to conserve calories. they already don't taste good anyways so the diet aftertaste doesn't really matter

Everything is okay in moderation. You don't drink it that much. Water is best so drink a few glasses of that a day and brush your teeth if you're worried about what the drinks might do to your teeth. You'll be alright
