there are more disadvantages in drinkin coffee den da advantages it generally reliefs us fm da tensed minds but it causes several skin nd also lung diseases

obviously u have never drunk coffee
adv: alertness, GREAT TASTE and more!!!
disadv: yellow teeth, effect wears off after a while,

But it is one of the greatest bloody things in the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For me, and people like me, I drink 4 cups a day. What I just noticed when I got up like a half an hour ago, is that I grew ALOT, beacause I didnt have my coffee yesterday, and no caffeine was active in my system, so I grew.

it stunts your growth (i think)

Keeps you awake

coffee is not as bad for you as people make it out to be, I live in a country where people drink coffee like water and it hasn't had any bad health affects on me, I usully drink like 3 cups a day. The one big drawback is that if you dirink as much coffee as I do when you don't get it you get bad headaches. It also does stain teeth but that's only if you drink alot and it can be fixed with whitening strips. on the plus side it tastes great and is very relaxing, at least to me
