i want to make a smoothie that is healthy and good for my family

Put in: orange juice, sliced bananas, sliced strawberries, low-fat vanilla ice cream, and crushed ice. It's SO good!!

fresh or frozen fruit in your favorite flavor... add to a blender with ice & a bit of lowfat vanilla yogurt ...mmmmmmm

natural yogurt honey banana wheatgerm blended=yum

1/2 cup soy milk (or other milk)
1/2 cup white grape juice
1 cup strawberries, stemmed
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 lemon, squeezed (for tartness if desired)
1/4 teaspoon Vitamin C powder (1 capsule)
Pinch salt, preferable grey salt
Small handful fresh seedless grapes

Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth. If you'd like an iced smoothie, blend and then add ice to desired consistency.

you can get a blender and put in your favorite flavor yogurt, some fresh fruit (coreless) and ice and blend it together thats really good

2 cups of frozen strawberries. 2 bananas. little bit of orange juice. 1-2(depending on creaminess) containers of strawberry-banana yogurt or plain yogurt. blend until smooth
