Asian or Caribbean markets may carry it, as will some "ethnic" food sections of some grocery stores.
go to your nearest asian oriental mart.
Either a specialty grocer or an ethnic food store will carry it or can order ir for you it if you ask them.

Higher end liquer stores will have it. Quality drinks use sugar cane juice and lime juice rather than sweet and sour. It is also used in making Mojito's.
It is also known as Guarapo.
I ama former chef in Canada, I buy mine in Chinatown in Toronto Ontario, it comes in a can, and is labelled Sugar Cane Juice or Nectar, most any Asian store will carry it either in cans or like orange juice frozen and can be reconstituted.
Do not expect it to be overly sweet, it is when reduced, but I have used it in cooking, baking and to make marinades and as a bar mix for tropical drinks.
