How much water are you sappost to drink a day?!

Question:

How much water are you sappost to drink a day?

I was wondering how much water you are sappost to drink a day and/or how many 16.9 FL OZ bottled of waters are you sappost to drink?

Answers:
About 8 cups a day or 64 fl oz or four of the 16.9 oz bottles.

Keep you mind that you also get water from fruits and other food you eat as well.

Water is life!

Umm, I was reading this magazine and they told me that your supposed to drink nine 8 oz. glasses of water a day. It also said that if your well hydrated enough, then your urine should be almost colourless, and have very little smell.

4 16.9 oz bottles a day if your active.

The typical recommendation is 8 to 10 glasses (a glass being 8 ounces), but it really has to do with what your body needs to replace what you've lost in a day. You might not have lost that much. Here's a really good article about the subject: http://www.snopes.com/medical/myths/8gla... If the link doesn't work, go to snopes.com and search on "eight glasses."

Also, someone told me that you divide your weight in half and the result is the number of ounces you need to drink each day but I don't know how reliable that method is.

A better way to determine your specific recommended water intake is to divide your weight (in pounds) by two. The resulting number is the number of ounces of water you need each day. For example, if you weigh 150 lbs., strive to drink 75 ounces of water daily. Metric people should divide their weight in kilograms by 30 - so somebody weighing 70 kg is going to need 2.3 litres per day.

8 - -8oz glass of water a day

16.9 fluid ounces (fl. oz.) = 0.5 or half a liter. 1 liter = 33.8 fl. oz. Some people say 8-10 glasses, where 8 fluid ounces = 1 average cup/glass. Some people say 10-12 glasses a day. Figure it out. I don't think you need too much water. Drink a combination of 8-10 glasses of liquids a day is more like it. regular juices (orange or apple), combined fruit drinks (Kiwi Strawberry, etc...) , teas, energy drinks, instant breakfast drinks, V-8, sodas [kept to a minimum].

I drink 60 fl. oz. of water , plus 2 20 fl. oz. bottles of sodas everyday [sometimes I would have a 20 fl. oz. soda plus a 23 fl. oz. fruit tea], plus a cup of tea (8 fl. oz. ). So I drink 108 fl. oz. to 111 fl. oz. a day?! Didn't hurt me. Some people would object to me drinking "too much" soda, but it's not the caffeine that really has an effect on me, it's the sugary energy, which keeps me going as I work.

The average person is supposed to shoot for 64 ounces per day, outside of fruits and vegetables.

I like to keep a gallon jug in the refrigerator and fill it up every morning, that way I can have a rough idea of how much I am drinking.

The person who said that you are supposed to drink enough water that your urine is either very very pale or clear and odorless is right, too. Keep those kidneys flushed and clean and workin' good!

I used to work in physical education at a college. Here's our rule of thumb. Take your body weight in pounds. For example, a man weighs 200 pounds. Now halve that. You have 100. That is AT LEAST how many ounces of water you need per day.

Recap: Halve your body weight and drink that many ounces of water per day.

35ml per kg you weigh

i dont know how that converts to imperial
