Am I addicted to C2 Green Tea?!

Question:

Am I addicted to C2 Green Tea?

I absolutely love C2 Green Tea. I drink an average of 5 bottles of C2 a day. And I could drink a 1-liter bottle in 1 sitting. I drink C2 every morning, instead of coffee, to wake me up. I love it so much that I drink it at Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. I love all the flavors. Currently, i love Peach and Forest Fruits but i still make it a point to drink Lemon and Apple and either Lychee, Kiwi or Strawberry per day.

Am I addicted to C2 already? Should I stop? My Friends and Family have been urging me to stop because it's not healthy. Should i go into C2 rehab? How?

Answers:
Maybe it's because of the heat that you feel the need to rehydrate so much but too much C2 would probably cause ion imbalance in your body. Try to lessen your C2 consumption and substitute plain water or juices.

Real, natural tea, like camellia sinenis, contains antioxidants, called "catechins". These antioxidants, together with proper diet, are known to help prevent certain diseases and cancers."
----Your good, better than coffee. You may be addicted to the caffene in the tea, but not the tea itself, almost all Americans are addicted to Caffiene...you don't need rehab, and the people who told you it is bad for you are dumb!!!! Just think you could be drinking soda after soda after soda after soda after soda after soda after soda after soda after soda after soda...ok I'll stop----
