Yes and No. If you brew it and don't add a lot of stuff in it it is fine. If you are chugging the bottle stuff with a lot of additives you might be in trouble. Also when I worked at the Hospital we discouraged any one that was on the cardiac floor to consume green tea. Manly because of the caffeine.
